Lagos Office: A Commercial Transactions lawyer Job Requirements:  High quality experience mainly in commercial transactions A good Second Class degree in Law obtained from a reputable institution At least 8 years Post Qualified Experience gained at reputable law firms Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner Excellent research skills Strong analytical skills with attention to detail Good client relationship/interpersonal skills A proactive approach to risk management and problem solving Ability to work confidently, independently and interact at all levels of the organisation Good Microsoft Office skills Experience in commercial transactions Team and goal oriented attitude Relevant postgraduate degrees/professional qualifications and/or experience in international markets would be an advantage  Abuja Office:  A lawyer with high quality experience particularly in dispute resolution.
